Certificate Validity
A beetle certificate is typically valid for 3 months from the date of inspection. For property sales, ensure the inspection is done close to the transfer date.

A beetle inspection typically costs between R500 – R1,500 depending on the property's location and size. If treatment is required, additional charges will apply.
